These terms govern your use of the STAY SOLID store and any order you place. By shopping with us, you agree to them.
1. Who can order
You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you're under 18, do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Products
We do our best to show our pieces accurately, but screens vary and colours and textures may differ slightly from the real thing. Drops are limited, numbered, and not restocked · once a size or piece is gone, it's gone.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and may change at any time before you order. For crypto payments, your total is converted from GH₵ to the payment currency at a live exchange rate with a standard processing margin, shown to you at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel and refund an order if a piece is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
- Mobile Money · processed via Hubtel. Approve the prompt on your phone to complete payment.
- Crypto · processed via NOWPayments. You must send the exact amount on the correct network within the time shown. Underpayments, wrong-network transfers, or missing memos/tags may be lost and are your responsibility.
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We never ask for your Mobile Money PIN or your wallet's private keys.
6. Delivery
Delivery is dispatched by our courier partner, mckot, primarily within Accra and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You're responsible for providing an accurate address and drop-off location.
7. Returns
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The STAY SOLID name, logo, designs, photography, text and all site content belong to STAY SOLID and may not be copied, resold or used without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store, no attempts to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and no fraudulent orders or payments.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The store is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAY SOLID is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier, payment provider, or network issues). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the store means you accept the changes.
