This policy explains what we collect when you shop with STAY SOLID, why, and who we share it with. We keep it lean, we only collect what we need to take your order, get it to you, and support you.
What we collect
- Contact details · your name, phone number and email (if provided).
- Delivery details · your address and the drop-off location/coordinates you select for a delivery quote.
- Order details · the items, sizes and amounts in your order.
- Payment details · handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your Mobile Money PIN, card details, or crypto wallet keys.
- On-device data · your cart and music preference are stored in your browser (local storage), not on our servers.
How we use it
- To create, process and deliver your order
- To take payment and confirm it
- To dispatch a courier and let you track delivery
- To support you and handle returns
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share what's necessary with the services that run the store:
- mckot · order processing, courier dispatch and delivery.
- Hubtel · Mobile Money payment processing.
- NOWPayments · crypto payment processing.
- Google Maps / Places · to power the delivery address search.
- Vercel · our hosting provider.
These providers process your data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and whether the background music is paused. The Google Maps address search may set its own cookies. We don't run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns, and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@staysolid.xyz and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
STAY SOLID isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the store grows. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
